A propos de Genvia
Nous recherchons un Ingénieur mécanicien H/F pour participer à la conception de Stacks d’électrolyseurs à haute température, intégré dans l’équipe R&D, au sein des équipes de Genvia à Grenoble.
Le service R&D Stack de Genvia a pour mission de concevoir un électrolyseur et ses composants en vue de leur intégration dans le système Genvia. Le service est au cœur du développement de la technologie d’électrolyse à Haute température. L’équipe conçoit un stack répondant aux ambitions de Genvia pour obtenir la meilleure performance sur le marché. Elle s’appuie sur une démarche multi disciplinaire. L’ingénieur mécanicien H/F travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’architecte stack pour la conception d’un produit industrialisable
Les interactions du poste sont nombreuses : supply chain, Production, industrialisation, etc ; et de nombreux défis devront être relevés.
**Missions**:
- Concevoir des ensembles ou sous-ensembles mécaniques d’électrolyseurs à haute température respectant les objectifs de performances, robustesse, fabricabilité, durée de vie, coûts, maintenabilité, testabilité, recyclabilité, et intégrabilité.
- Evaluer les sous ensembles mécaniques, en lien avec les services simulations dédiés
- Réaliser des simulations numériques mécaniques
- Piloter le développement de solutions avec des sous traitants spécialisés
- Valider expérimentalement les sous ensembles mécaniques, en lien avec l’ingénieur prototypage et le groupe technologique
- Rédiger des rapports techniques en Anglais
- Mettre en place une veille technologique et participer à la génération de mémoires techniques / brevets / publications en lien avec les développements portés
- Être force de proposition sur les développements futurs : axes R&D, sujets de thèse, etc.
La personne sera également amenée à collaborer avec les équipes projet, localisées au sein de différentes organisations, comme le CEA à Grenoble, Genvia à Béziers et Clamart, ou Schlumberger.

**Compétences recherchées**
Mécanique (lois de comportement, fluage, fatigue, frottement) / Thermique / Mécanique des Fluides / Modélisation CFD / FEM
Des notions d’électricité et d’électrochimie seraient utiles
Bac + 5 minimum, de préférence Ecole d’ingénieur ou Doctorat
Première expérience en conception (2 ans dans l’industrie ou la recherche appliquée), modélisation numérique et à l’innovation
Expérience dans les piles à combustibles et/ou électrolyseurs serait un plus
