Profoto is growing, and we are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for France to join our dynamic team.
**What we are looking for**
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering sales and business results according to the sales strategy set by the Regional Manager EMEA and Key Account Manager South. This role involves promoting Profoto products in the defined market, growing and developing identified accounts, and creating new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for working with end-customers to create sales opportunities that can be passed on to dealers. Your tasks will also include marketing activities, such as attending local events to boost sales and planning major activities. You will need to ensure that dealers are active both in-store and online for product launches and campaigns.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly sales targets in your region.
- Execute profitable events and track performance through the Profoto event tracker.
- Maximize ROI with the allocated marketing budget.
- Be responsible for executing launches and campaigns.
- Effectively manage accounts in a multi-channel environment and drive growth in both traditional and new channels.
- Perform co-visits with dealers to B2B accounts like rentals, studios, and schools.
- Develop strong relationships with cooperation partners in the region, such as camera manufacturers.
- Participate in European events and meetings, contributing to overall business goals.
**Main areas of responsibility**
- Business development in the French market.
- Managing accounts in a multi-channel environment.
- Forecasting and reporting sales on a quarterly basis.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales/marketing experience.
- Proven experience in both direct and indirect sales/marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English; French at a native level is mandatory, and other European languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with key accounts.
- Ability to work and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft 365.
- Technical skills or a product technical orientation is an advantage.
