Local (NAE)
- Editorial support for local stories, liaising with local teams (HR, General Affairs, etc.)
- Car display scheduling and follow-up based on current pan-European activities related to product. (Liaising with CMM, GA, Events)
- Support onsite at physical activities/events (employee test drives, etc.)
- Support in deployment of brand and product and CSR campaigns on local level including content creation and local competitions (Liaising with multiple stakeholders: CSR, NISSPORT, GA, Events, Fleet Team)

AMIEO Region
- Editing and publishing content on several platforms, including our Nissan Insider app. Content includes original stories, press releases, photos and videos. Editorial support: weekly/monthly round-up, content copy check on request, etc
- Responsible for keeping the editorial calendar fully up-to-date; assisting with editorial planning, and creating reports and PowerPoint Presentations as required.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the department's collaboration workspace on the Alliance SharePoint and the IC LIBRARY shared folder.
- Administrative support to the team: adding new users to distribution lists/SharePoint/grant access to Shared Drive...etc.
- Liaising with agencies and external vendors on communications projects and assets.

Profile
- Experience in Communications, creative content, and managing campaigns. Digital experience is a plus
- English proficiency.
- Team player, hands-on mindset, a helper with a great sense of autonomy and responsibility
- Ability to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously
- Creative thinking

An Internship Agreement provided by the school [Convention de Stage] is required for this position starting on **September 2024** with a full duration of **6 months**.
