**VOS MISSIONS**
En qualité de "C**ontract Manager Sénior H/F** ", vous serez rattaché à notre site de Lyon, et vous aurez pour principales responsabilités:
- Rédaction des offres commerciales et participation active aux négociations contractuelles ;
- Gestion des contrats, avenants, et contentieux commerciaux : Vous assurerez un suivi rigoureux des contrats, de leur création jusqu’à leur clôture ;
- Analyse contractuelle : Votre expertise permettra de mener des analyses contractuelles détaillées, d’identifier et de gérer les risques projets, en assurant une coordination efficace avec les équipes internes et externes.
- Maîtrise des risques et soutien aux équipes projet : Vous mettrez en place des analyses de risques projets, assisterez les chefs de projets dans les démarches administratives, et veillerez à la bonne transcription des exigences clients dans les contrats fournisseurs.
- REX et bonnes pratiques : Vous participerez à la constitution du Retour d'Expérience et à l’amélioration continue des méthodes de travail, des outils et des méthodes de communication au sein de l'équipe projet.
**Missions transverses potentielles**:
- Encadrement de l’activité des consultants sur le métier concerné
- Animation de formations internes et externes
- Participation à la communication de l’entreprise et à la production de contenu autour du métier
- Participation aux échanges commerciaux avec prospects et clients (soutenance / rencontres / brainstorming)
Profil recherché
**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Diplôme supérieur (BAC +5) en commerce, ingénierie, droit ou domaine similaire.
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion contractuelle dans des industries de process telles que l'Oil & Gas ou la pétrochimie.
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus d'ingénierie et des techniques d'analyse de retard.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.
