Division Overview
Customer Services is an integral part of Adenza's growth and success. This division's mission is to continuously enhance the Adenza Customer experience in how they consume the Adenza software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. Thus, successfully differentiating Adenza from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.

Team and Role Overview

**Responsibilities**:
Participate in the development of curriculum, plans, and designs of educational training material for online and offline learning engagements based on proven instructional theories and methodologies
Design, develop, and implement the training modules on the Calypso training platform for various functional topics varying from Calypso architecture, Trade lifecycle management, Post-trade processing activities
Analyze current and legacy instructional materials for opportunities to improve effectiveness and learning outcomes
Establish a content review and governance process to improve the quality and consistency of training content
Work with R&D, Product Managers, and SMEs to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that drives the sale, adoption, and efficient implementation of Calypso’s solutions
Conceptualize, design, and produce e-learning modules and objects required by business clients that incorporate learning strategies, interactive training techniques, assessments, and visual elements to support business initiatives
Deliver training to clients and partners in a classroom-style setting or virtual webinars
Create Certification exams for the Calypso Certification program to complement the training material and for the assessment of individuals who participate in the program
Skills And Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of capital markets and different asset classes is an added advantage
Agile/project methodology exposure and strong organizational skills to manage/track multiple tasks

Adenza Paris is located on the ground floor of the Centorial, an emblematic building of Paris, between the Place de l'Opéra Garnier and the Palais de la Bourse. Our location is conveniently in front of the "Quatre Septembre" station, providing excellent transport links and near several restaurants, coffee shops, and Gyms. Our suite can accommodate about 125 employees and has 8 conference rooms. We also have a game room and a common kitchen.
