**Fed, cabinet entièrement dédié aux recrutements spécialisés, recherche pour une multinationale spécialisée dans l’industrie, un ou une**:
**Votre fonction**:
Au sein de la DSI, vous prendriez la tête d’une équipe composée d’une dizaine de personnes (4 internes et 6 externes) en charge du développement des nouvelles fonctionnalités SAP mais aussi du MCO de la solution. A ce titre, vos principales missions seront:
- Manager l’équipe de développement SAP (ABAP et FIORI) ;
- Manager l’équipe en charge du MCO SAP, assurer l’efficience et la disponibilité de la solution (4000 utilisateurs environ) ;
- Servir de relai privilégié dans tous les contacts avec l’éditeur de solution SAP ;
- Centraliser de manière détaillée le planning, les métriques, les échéances, pour l’équipe et les projets SAP, suivre les indicateurs de performance ;
- Assurer le leadership sur les sujets d’architecture SAP et de développement, servir de référent technique et fonctionnel ;
- Permettre une collaboration entre l’équipe SAP et les autres équipes IT, en particulier les équipes Data et Intégration ;
- Mettre en place SAP BTP Platform ;
- Représenter l’équipe SAP au cours de comités de pilotages et auprès de la direction ;
- Effectuer une veille technologique sur toutes les nouvelles solutions SAP
**Votre profil**:
Vous disposez d’une expérience de 3 années minimum dans le management d’une équipe de développement SAP. Votre leadership et capacité à manager est incontestable.
Autonome, vous avez la capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à vous montrer pédagogue.
Vous avez la capacité à servir de référent sur les sujets techniques (développements ABAP, FIORI, support SAP de niveau 3) mais aussi fonctionnels (DAT, méthodologie)
Votre niveau d'anglais est courant.
