**A propos du poste**

Chez Technip Energies, nous réalisons des projets industriels d'une envergure, d'une envergure et d'une complexité que vous ne trouverez nulle part ailleurs. Nous recherchons un **Project Procurement Manager F/H **pouvant rejoindre notre équipe multiculturelle à Paris.

Responsabilités principales:
Pour le service achats:

- Approvisionnement responsable du coût de l'équipement / du matériel, de la qualité et du délai de livraison
- Approvisionnement responsable de la productivité des services d'approvisionnement (heures de travail à domicile)
- Achat responsable d'un processus d'achat équitable conforme aux principes d'achat du Groupe
- L'approvisionnement est responsable d'assurer la pleine conformité aux principaux processus d'approbation des livrables d'approvisionnement.

Pour le responsable de l'approvisionnement du projet:

- Vous êtes conjointement contributeur de toutes les principales responsabilités du service des achats, comme décrit ci-dessus
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement globale et assure toutes les interfaces entre les besoins et les exigences du projet et les parties prenantes de l'approvisionnement

La portée de l'emploi:
Vous faites partie de l'équipe de gestion de projet et vous êtes en charge de toutes les questions d'approvisionnement.
- Interface clé avec les utilisateurs finaux pour toutes les questions d'approvisionnement
- Interface clé avec tout partenaire associé au projet pour toutes les questions d'approvisionnement
- Point de contact principal avec l'équipe projet pour les questions liées à l'approvisionnement, en particulier avec le PMT, le responsable de l'ingénierie, le responsable du calendrier, le responsable du contrôle des coûts - dûment soutenu par les parties prenantes de l'approvisionnement
- Vous êtes esponsable de la coordination de la chaîne d'approvisionnement globale (ingénierie, calendrier, construction, services d'approvisionnement) afin de s'assurer que les exigences du projet sont satisfaites conformément au budget de MH, au coût et à la livraison à temps.
- Vous mettez en place les procédures d'approvisionnement du projet pertinentes et contrôler le bon respect de ces procédures
- Vous analysez et commentez, avec le soutien des parties prenantes concernées, la liste principale des fournisseurs du projet.
- Vous assurez la mise en œuvre de la politique Achats Groupe
- Vous êtes responsable de la surveillance du processus P2 et de coordonner la clôture du bon de commande avec les fournisseurs, y compris les LD et les arriérés dûment pris en charge par le personnel affecté.

**A propos de vous**:
De formation technique, Diplôme d'ingénieur, Ecole de commerce et/ou **spécialiste des achats de projets **, vous travaillez en autonomie et maîtrisez le management motivationnel et transversal d'équipes multiculturelles dans le cadre de nos valeurs et de notre culture d'entreprise.
Vous avez **au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans ce rôle**
**Représentant des achats au sein des projets **ou de propositions, vous êtes force de propositions pour tous les aspects liés à la supply chain.
Vous vous engagez pleinement à exécuter avec les acteurs internes et externes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. L'évaluation des risques, leur anticipation et leur maîtrise sont vos atouts et votre savoir-faire au service des intérêts de nos clients.
Excellent communicant, rigoureux, vous êtes en charge d'interagir avec les parties prenantes et de maîtriser les négociations commerciales et contractuelles.
