Financial Controller

**About The Job**

In this position you will report to the Manager Corporate Controlling and reporting based in Aix-en-Provence and cover most of the financial accounting and reporting aspects pertaining to financial performance of our group and its business lines, financial planning & analysis. You will permanently interact with our legal entities in France, Denmark, UK, USA and Asia and contribute to their development.

**Your Responsibilities**

**Financial & Operational controlling**
- Business analysis and reporting to drive value creation and allow better understanding of key financials such as revenue analysis, gross margin, cash flows
- Play the role of a trustworthy and business minded business partner for our business lines Vice Presidents.
- Support and/or drive the production of the monthly consolidated financial reporting including financial & operational KPIs the top management and shareholders
- Actively participate in the preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts and handle some parts with high autonomy
- Contribute to the improvement of tools, processes, data reporting for performance monitoring.
- Ensure inventory control and valuation together with supply chain team and the use of our ERP (Dynamics365).
- Implement and follow-up of P&L of each business line, monitor and eventually adapt business rules and drive optimization of results
- Responsible for the maintenance and quality of analytical databases and data warehouse to provide consist business analysis and improved insight on the financial performance of the group and its business lines.
- Collaborate with the team on the monthly management consolidation and ensure its quality and robustness.
- Project Management pertaining to new business processes or IT projects
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of analytical tools, reports and data bases
- Actively contribute to initiatives such as M&A, due diligences and IT projects (the company plans to implement a new reporting platform to further automate reporting and accelerate its production time)

**Soft skills**
- Proven working experience as a Financial or Business Controller
- +5 years experienced in controlling, accounting and/or audit in an international group, ideally in microelectronics and/or industrial context. Full proficiency in Excel, BI/data warehouse and ERP.Dynamics365 would be a big plus.
- Your curiosity pushes you to suggest process improvements, develop cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
- Ability to use numbers and financial statements
- Analytical thinking to analyze complex data and draw reports
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and multicultural context
- You are ready to support our corporate values as trust, openness, quality and customer services
- Open to travel between France and other group companies
- You are speaking French, English. Danish would be a significant plus.
