Scale Plus est une entreprise de développement d'affaires spécialisée dans le secteur des technologies de l'information basée à Lyon.
Notre mission est d’accompagner le développement commercial de nos clients en Europe et en Amérique du Nord.
Scale Plus met à la disposition de ses clients des Business Developers Chasseurs ayant la capacité de gérer une partie ou l'intégralité du cycle de vente.
Les clients de Scale Plus sont des éditeurs de logiciels et des entreprises de services numérique souhaitant accélérer leur croissance sur des nouveaux marchés et/ou des nouveaux secteurs d'activité.
**Descriptif/Missions du poste**:
En collaboration étroite avec la direction vous participez activement au développement commercial et à la croissance de Scale Plus.
**Vos missions seront notamment les suivantes**:
- Participer à l’élaboration et à l’exécution de la stratégie commerciale de Scale Plus
- Exécuter des mandats gagnés par Scale Plus
- Créer des fichiers de prospection en fonction d’un cahier des charges élaboré en collaboration avec les clients de Scale Plus
- Élaborer un argumentaire commercial
- Prendre des rendez-vous avec des décisionnaires
- Assister aux présentations, démonstrations
- Participer au suivi commercial post rendez-vous
- Participer aux phases de négociations/closing
- Mettre à jour quotidiennement les outils de suivi d’activité (reporting, CRM)
- Définir, créer et diffuser toutes les semaines le reporting actualisé
- Animer les réunions hebdomadaires de suivi d’activité/ventes avec les clients de Scale Plus
- Gérer la relation client
**Profil recherché**:
- Capacité à convaincre, aisance à l’oral
- Persistance, persévérance, esprit de compétition
- Soif d'apprendre et de se dépasser
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Autonome et responsable
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(euse)
- Être force de proposition et avoir de l’intérêt à participer au développement de nouveaux projets
- Connaissance du secteur des technologies est un plus
- Maitrise de l'anglais (parlé et écrit) est un plus
**Horaires**:
- Du Lundi au Vendredi
**Expérience**:
- Business Development: 1 an (Souhaité)

Rémunération : 24 000,00€ à 30 000,00€ par an
