**About Konvu**:
Behind Konvu are founders with deep roots in the security industry. As early employees at Sqreen, a notable security startup acquired by Datadog, we have firsthand experience in driving security solutions from concept to global impact.
We have secured $5M in Seed funding and are backed by top European and US venture capital firms, along with executives and former executives from companies such as Datadog, GitHub, Docker, Cloudflare, Sumo Logic, and Vanta.
We’re offering a rare opportunity to work directly with experienced founders in a fast-growing, venture-backed security startup. As a Founder Associate, you will play a crucial role in Konvu’s journey.
**What you’ll do**:
As a Founder Associate, you will work closely with the founders, tackling a wide variety of high-impact projects across the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to learn all aspects of running a startup and gain hands-on experience in SaaS B2B operations.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to drive high-impact projects across marketing, sales, operations, and HR, ensuring the smooth execution of key business initiatives.
- Suggest and improve internal processes, tooling, and workflows to support key initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data to generate insights, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare materials for investor updates, fundraising, and pitch decks.
- Take full ownership of diverse tasks—ranging from streamlining day-to-day operations to resolving complex and high-priority challenges.
**Who you are**:
- You have previously interned or worked in a startup environment, whether it’s as an operator or venture capital analyst.
- You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are excited by joining an entrepreneurial journey. You’re comfortable working independently and proactively driving tasks to completion with mínimal supervision.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information and present it clearly.
- You speak English fluently (the office is an English-speaking environment).
- You want to work in an office in the center of Paris.

- You’ve launched your own venture, led a startup initiative, or built a product from scratch—your entrepreneurial experience will help you thrive in this role.
