Société de gestion d'actifs spécialisée dans les cryptomonnaies, notre client est un acteur innovant et en pleine croissance sur les marchés des actifs numériques. Grâce à son approche axée sur la technologie et à son expertise dans les stratégies de trading algorithmique, il se positionne comme l'un des leaders sur les marchés décentralisés et centralisés. Dans le cadre de son expansion en Europe, notre client recherche un **Trader Quantitatif Crypto** basé à Paris.

**Description du Poste**

En tant que **Trader Quantitatif Crypto**, vous serez responsable de la conception et de l'exécution de stratégies de trading algorithmique sur des marchés de cryptomonnaies. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de recherche quantitative et technologique pour maximiser les opportunités de trading sur les plateformes centralisées (CEX) et décentralisées (DEX).

Vos principales responsabilités incluent:

- **Développer des stratégies de trading algorithmique** sur divers actifs numériques tels que les cryptomonnaies, tokens et produits dérivés crypto (options, futures, swaps).
- **Effectuer des recherches quantitatives** pour identifier des opportunités de trading à court et moyen terme, incluant les opportunités d'arbitrage et de market-making.
- **Collaborer avec les équipes technologiques** pour automatiser les processus de trading, incluant le backtesting, la gestion des ordres et la gestion des risques en temps réel.
- **Gérer les opérations de trading quotidien** : suivi des mouvements de fonds, traitement des transactions, réconciliations, et gestion des positions.
- **Assurer la conformité réglementaire** en respectant les exigences de rapports et de surveillance des transactions (MiFID, EMIR, etc.).
- **Suivre et analyser les tendances du marché crypto** pour ajuster les stratégies de trading en fonction des dynamiques du marché et des régulations en constante évolution.

**Profil Recherché**

**Formation**:

- Master ou PhD en Finance, Mathématiques, Informatique ou domaines similaires.
- Spécialisation en Finance Quantitative ou Trading Algorithmique fortement appréciée.

**Expérience**:

- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement de trading quantitatif ou de gestion d'actifs.
- Une première expérience réussie en **trading de cryptomonnaies** est fortement appréciée.

**Compétences techniques**:

- Maîtrise des **langages de programmation** tels que Python, C++, ou R pour la conception et l’automatisation des algorithmes de trading.
- Bonne connaissance des **technologies blockchain** (Ethereum, Bitcoin) et des plateformes de smart contracts.
- Expérience dans l’utilisation d’outils et plateformes de trading comme Bloomberg, TradingView, ou autres solutions de trading algorithmique.

**Qualités personnelles**:

- Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à prendre des décisions rapidement dans un environnement à haute pression.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe tout en étant autonome et proactif.
- Curiosité pour les marchés des actifs numériques et les innovations dans le secteur de la finance décentralisée (DeFi).

**Langues**:

- Anglais courant requis. Une autre langue européenne serait un atout.
