**La société apiwork,** créateur du logiciel immobilier **apimo,** plus de 3500 clients en **France et dans le monde** recherche dans le cadre de son expansion notre futur(e) Customer Success Manager, dynamique et motivé(e).

Notre service Customer Success regroupe le service formation, le service fidélisation client et enfin le support technique, soit au total 8 personnes.

Contact privilégié des clients, tu seras un acteur majeur dans la représentation de notre Société.

**Ta mission**

Intégré(e) au sein de notre Société en tant que Customer Success Manager, tu auras pour mission principale de piloter les différentes équipes de la Customer Success.

Un parcours de formation te permettra d'apprendre et comprendre le fonctionnement du logiciel **apimo** pour pouvoir assister efficacement tes équipes.

Tes activités seront les suivantes:

- Accompagner et manager ton équipe
- Participer à l’amélioration continue de la satisfaction client
- Etre le contact privilégié des différents services internes
- Mettre en place, suivre et diffuser les Kpis.

**Ton profil**
- Tu es à l'aise avec la langue de Molière à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
- Tu as déjà une expérience en management.
- Tu es organisé et rigoureux.
- Tu as l'esprit d'équipe.
- Sens commercial et diplomatie.
- Bon relationnel : sens de l’écoute et de la communication.
- Parler allemand ou néerlandais serait un plus.
