**Mission**:
La Maison Eric Bompard recherche un(e) E-store Manager à partir de septembre 2023.

**Missions principales**:
**Projet(s)**:

- Coordination avec les différentes pour la traduction des contenues en allemand
- Animation au global des sites

**E- merchandising**:

- Participation à la construction du plan d’animation commerciale selon le calendrier 360 : mise en avant des produits, création de catégories thématiques, création de landing pages
- Optimisation des règles de merchandising manuelles/automatiques
- Optimisation d’Einstein
- Mise en place paramétrage des actions commerciales et promotionnelles
- Optimisation de l’expérience : participation à la roadmap d’AB tests
- Création et suivi des briefs créatifs avec les graphistes
- Suivi mensuel des NPS
- Veille concurrentielle et recommandations

**Shooting E-commerce**:

- Participation au shooting e-commerce

**Analyse**:

- Analyser les KPIs du site et la performance produits et la mise en place d'actions merchandising
- Suivi des performances e-commerce

**Coordination transversale**:

- Coordination avec les pôles digitaux : acquisition, CRM et omnicanalité
- Coordination avec les pôles transverses : communication, visual merchandising, retail et offre
- Coordination avec les équipes SI pour la mise en place de la roadmap e-commerce et optimisation des parcours clients
- Intervention en transversal sur la mise en place des projets d’omnicanalité (carte cadeau, web to store....

**Profil**:
**Formation et expériences**
- Bac + 5, École de commerce orientation e-commerce
- Première expérience significative en tant qu'e-store manager
- Bonne connaissance de la plateforme Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Maitrise de l'anglais et de l'allemand

- Connaissance et suivi des innovations e-commerce
- Sensibilité analytique et vision business
- Rigueur, organisation et polyvalence
- Esprit analytique, avec une culture KPIs et ROI
