**Le poste, son contexte**:
Vous êtes le/la référent(e) opérationnel(le) chargé(e) du recrutement, du disciplinaire (niveau 1), le point de contact des équipes opérationnelles et le relai entre le terrain et le siège pour toutes les questions RH. Vous accompagnez les managers dans leurs problématiques quotidiennes, répercutez les stratégies RH auprès des collaborateurs(trices) de votre périmètre et faite le lien avec le service Paie.
**Les missions principales**:
\- Répondre à l’ensemble des problématiques RH quotidiennes, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise technique de services dédiés tels que la paie, l’administration du personnel ;
\- Assurer le suivi de tous les sujets disciplinaires avec les managers ;
\- Accompagner les managers dans la compréhension des enjeux humains et le développement de leurs équipes ;
\- Accompagner et développer les managers dans la gestion managériale de leurs équipes et leur organisation ;
\- Piloter les recrutements et proposer/déclencher les formations nécessaires à l’accompagnement de la croissance du business en lien avec le responsable du développement RH ;
\- Animer également les revues de performance, les revues de talents et les plans de succession ;
\- Gérer et négocier la sortie des collaborateurs en individuel ;
\- Déployer localement les process RH groupe, en tenant compte des spécificités propres à chaque législation et culture locales, dans une logique d’alignement et d’harmonisation : valeurs, avantages sociaux
\- Prendre part à des projets RH groupe plus globaux, à dimension souvent internationale : intégration des collaborateurs, formations internes, proposition et animation des moments corporate Paris Society, mobilité, parcours de carrières, animation de la communauté des young talents
\- Vous êtes issu(e) d’une école de commerce ou école spécialisée RH, Master 2
\- Vous avez 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste généraliste
\- Orienté(e) business, vous vous épanouissez dans un contexte en constante évolution et vous êtes à l’aise avec la gestion de l’urgence
\- Vos qualités relationnelles sont votre atout pour créer une relation de confiance avec les managers, les équipes
\- Vous êtes doté(e) des qualités du secteur du luxe, la rigueur, l’exigence, le sens du détail et du service
\- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et vous vous alimentez des expériences, compétences et idées de vos collègues
