**Job Summary**
The Ritz-Carlton has taken its legendary service to sea with The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection and seeks a **Hotel Superintendent** to join our team in St-Nazaire, France.
The **Hotel Superintendent** will be involved in design meetings with the yard and architects, assist with drawing coordination and reviews, and shipboard walkthroughs. Besides the day-to-day collaboration with the Design Director, this role will partner closely with colleagues in the newbuild department and the shipyard to ensure that the design and quality achieve the Gold Standards of the Ritz-Carlton.
**Essential Functions**
- Coordinate the drawing review process with various parties including, but not limited to the architects, consultants, and shipyard counterparts.
- Participate in workshops with architects and subcontractors
- Provide input on design ideas and creative proposals for solutions
- Assist with reviewing design proposals and specifications
- Planning, execution and follow-up of design reviews
