**LSA Engineer (X/F/M)**

Our Service Center, responsible for meeting the needs of our external customers, recruits an engineer in charge of logistic support analysis.

This person will be responsible for conducting maintenance studies of railway signalling systems.

Reporting to the SLI (Integrated Logistics Support) department and directly to the head of this team, you will be in charge of:

- Define the service objectives for the relevant signalling system
- Develop service strategy in line with customer requirements
- Provide service expertise
- Use operational feedback to improve service strategy
- Validate and integrate service and technical support requirements
- Analyze, optimize and validate support and maintenance elements from the design stage:

- Level of repair, maintainability,...
- Propose design improvements and optimizations to integrate maintenance constraints,
- Develop the logistic distribution structure,
- Guarantee the export of ASL requirements to our suppliers through tenders
- Produce and validate ASL deliverables:

- Maintenance Task Analyses (TMA),
- Maintenance plan,
- Evaluate the maintenance cost of the systems over the service life,
- Sizing the spare parts fleet and completing the associated justification report,
- Sizing the specific and special tools required
- Update reference library documentation and factors for conducting ASL studies,

**Requirements**:

- Degree: Engineer or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience as a Service Engineer
- Organized, rigorous, pedagogical skills, multicultural sensitivity
- English & French required, Spanish or other language would be a plus
- Knowledge of rail signalling products and solutions
