**Context**
The Product and User Experience department at Younited has an exciting and ambitious mission : building and scaling the leading instant credit platform in Europe.
- Contributing to that mission, the Insights and Performance team embodies the voice of our users and buyers to help the Product team improve our current user experience and find opportunities to launch new features and products.
As a User and Market Research Analyst at Younited, you will participate in growing the Product discovery culture of the company, by sharing the findings of your research via dedicated sessions, and organizing workshops with internal stakeholders to help them get familiar with research processes.
**Your responsabilities**:
- User research: organize, conduct and analyze research with our customers, prospects, and merchants to understand their needs and behaviors,
- Product Research:
- Run analysis on our products to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities,
- Conduct usability tests with the Design team at different stages of the conception,
- Market research:
- Centralize benchmarks on key topics with the Product Marketing Managers,
- Research on market trends to foresee ideation of new products.
**It's a match if**:
- You have a higher education Bac + 4/5,
- You have strong written and oral communication skills, in English and French,
- You are organized, analytical and results-oriented,
- You are efficient in working in a team, with the ability to build sparring-partner relationships to reach your targets,
- You are passionate about innovation and technology,
