En tant que IT Project Manager au sein de l’équipe Professional Services composée de 32 collaborateurs, vous **garantissez la réussite des projets clients par l’excellence opérationnelle**. Customer First, vous **accompagnez nos partenaires et nos clients** en phase de build conformément aux engagements contractuels, et, vous vous **assurez du bon niveau et de l’équilibre de notre P&L**.

Accompagné de votre manager, le directeur du Professional Services, vous êtes acteur de la croissance de Centreon et le moteur de l’amélioration continue de nos services afin de toujours mieux accompagner nos clients et nos partenaires vers le succès.

**Votre mission**:
Le succès de la **chefferie de projet** passant en premier lieu par de la méthode, des outils, des process, des KPI,... vous **challengez les éléments en place** chez Centreon afin d’atteindre un **haut niveau de performance opérationnelle**.

Vous prenez en charge les projets directs ou indirects qui sont stratégiques pour Centreon en vous assurant de la rentabilité, de la performance et de la satisfaction de nos clients et partenaires.
- Piloter les projets stratégiques directs et indirects
- Coordonner l’activité, les plannings et les plans de charge
- Garantir la performance des prestations réalisées: satisfaction clients, P&L, qualité, coût et délais,...
- Contrôler et s’assurer du respect des engagements contractuels
- Identifier les solutions adéquates aux besoins de nos clients et de nos partenaires
- Soutenir nos consultants en cas d’escalade pour résoudre des problématiques projets et de relations clients
- Contribuer à l’amélioration du service, des process et des outils
- Manager l’assistant chef de projet et recruter de nouveaux collaborateurs si besoin
- Communiquer la facturation des services délivrés

**Profil et compétences**
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en gestion de projets IT directs et indirects
- Vous avez déjà une première expérience en management d’équipe
- Vous avez déjà travaillé chez un éditeur de logiciels ou un intégrateur
- Vous êtes pragmatique, méthodique et bon communicant
- Vous aimez collaborer avec vos collègues
- Vous êtes force de proposition et vous avez le sens du résultat
- Vous parlez couramment anglais

- Vous maîtrisez une autre langue étrangère comme l’italien ou l’espagnol
