As the Brand Creative Director, you will be responsible for the:
**Strategic Creative Vision**:

- Collaborate with the Global Chief Brand Officer and other key stakeholders to define and establish a clear and compelling creative strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives while regularly reassessing this vision in light of changing market conditions, consumer trends, and brand goals.
- Maintaining brand consistency: ensuring that all creative outputs, maintain a consistent brand voice, look, and feel ensuring adherence by internal and external partners.
- Consumer Experience Design: oversee the creation brand experiences across various digital and physical touchpoints.

**Campaign Development & Execution**:

- Spearhead the ideation, development, and execution of global advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive brand objectives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns using data analytics, customer feedback, and sales metrics, making iterative improvements as necessary.
- Budget Management: develop and manage the annual creative budget, monitor expenditure, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising on the quality of creative outputs.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Manage the Brand Creative Team in Annecy, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. Identify team strengths to be able tailor growth opportunities and ensure career progression and professional development.

- Stay updated with the latest creative trends and technologies, integrating them into the brand's creative strategy and encourage a culture of innovation within the team.
