DHL SUPPLY CHAIN France (2,000 employees) is recruiting a **Senior HRBP** to strengthen its Healthcare/Life sciences activity to join our team and support the Director of Human Resources in all facets of operations HR. As a true right-hand man, you will play a key role in decision-making and support to management on all HR-related topics.

Attached to the HR Supply Chain France, you actively participate in the HR and social development of your company. You make sure to define and implement the social project and the human resources management and management policy (recruitment, administrative staff management, professional interviews, career management, remuneration, disciplinary) as well as all the social policy of your perimeter. Management of 2/3 HRBPS in the region

**Your tasks**:

- Actively participate in HR projects, including change management, implementation and continuous improvement of existing processes and operational deployment of projects
- Coordinate, in collaboration with the Director of Human Resources, all the activities of the human resources function, including the supervision of the team of Human Resources Officers
- Steering social dialogue and organizing dedicated bodies (special administration committee, social and economic committee), negotiations and working groups with employee representatives.
- Provide advice and expertise in labor law to operational managers
- Work in partnership with the Recruitment and Employer Brand Manager to coordinate the various recruitment actions (interviews, definition of needs, follow-up reporting, integration of new employees, etc.),
- Work in partnership with the Training Manager to deploy the training policy (monitoring and coordination of the skills development plan, monitoring of the budget allocated to residence and Group training, etc.) and the development plan,
- Set up and monitor the various HR reports related to the missions entrusted,
- Ensure, under the supervision of the HRD, the management of disciplinary matters, including participation in the processing of procedures.
- Support the regional operational departments in the daily management of HR: recruitment and development of the employer brand, disciplinary management, social relations (NAO, support to the management of the CSE, etc.), talent management, skills development plan, monitoring of indicators and implementation of any corrective actions....
- Maintain a real field presence of the Human Resources function and work in close collaboration with all internal departments (Finance, IT, Operations Excellence, BD, etc.)
- Represent HRD France during client meetings

**Position based in** : La Plaine Saint Denis (Head Office) - Travel 75% of the time to logistics sites

**Required profile**:
With a Bac+5 training in the field of human resources, you have at least 5 years of similar experience ideally acquired in the health sector and solid skills in labor law.

Autonomous, accessible, rigorous and force of proposal, you appreciate being in close proximity to operational teams and working with agility.

You are comfortable with computer tools (office pack, etc.). To work in our international environment, you are fluent in English.
