Snef Power Services born from the fusion of SNEF’s Nuclear activities with APS’ (ex Alstom) branch of activity specializing in electrical auxiliaries, taken over from General Electric, SNEF Power Services specializes in Electrical trades, Instrumentation, and Safety for the Nuclear Industry.
He/She will integrate a dynamic team.
He/she reports to the project director. He is responsible for providing to the corsortium members a unique and shared quality policy matching with the Employer requirements.
The project Quality Assurance organization is based on the principle of using the local systems / procedures Quality Assurance organization and procedures at various project departments, site, main subcontractors and vendors within the frame of an overall QA plan and system set-up for the project.
He/she plans, executes, and follow up audits throughout the Project and keeps the audit register. He/she supports procurement for inspections at Vendor’s sites and other project departments as planned.
The overall Quality Assurance audit plan is the responsibility of the quality manager and is a key tool for the project director and the project management team to monitor project quality and initiate continuous improvement actions.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Ensuring interface and communication with the Employer to meet quality requirements
- Developing the project quality insurance plan, overall QA procedures, the project audit plan
- Monitoring the quality of project team activities by performing project audits to determinate level of compliance with the project quality plan, overall and local procedures
- Performing periodic verification audits of subcontractors/supplier’s quality management systems, where applicable
- Maintaining the audit / inspection register and file, including close-out status of findings and implementation of corrective actions
- Supervising personnel performing quality related to functions under his direction to ensure comprehension of requirements and professional competence
- Coordinating the resolution of quality problems with all parties concerned
- Keeping the project director informed of all significant and unresolved quality problems
- Conducting audits on the construction subcontractors and on contractor construction review reports and construction quality NC and CA reports
Profil:
- Master’s degree
- Min 05 years’ experience working in large industrial / construction CapEx projects and/or infrastructure projects in a quality function
- Strong analytical capacity of problematic situation in a complex environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with internal stakeholders by listening and proposing solutions and improvement scenario
- Oral and writing skills in English (fluent) and French
- “Client-oriented” with the capacity to Develop and deploy a resolution methodology
