**RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUES DE LA MISSION**:
Nous recherchons un stagiaire pour notre département de Project Management.
Au sein des équipes, vous aurez pour objectifs de participer à la campagne de validation du matériel roulant.
Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:
- Assistance aux équipes Validation
- Développer et organiser les listes des points ouverts et leur lien avec l’équipe de planification
- Assurer le respect de la date prévisionnel de clôture des points ouverts.
- Suivi de la Configuration du train
- Support l’organisation de la campagne d’essai.
- Assurer la disponibilité des moyens d’essai.
- Organiser le présence des laboratoires externes et les fournisseurs.
**OBJECTIFS DE LA MISSION**:
- Prise en main des méthodes
- Développement d’un outil de suivi des points ouverts
- Suivi des points ouverts et coordination des taches en lien avec la planifications
- Développement d’un outil de planification de la fermeture des points en ligne avec les test à réaliser
- Développement d’un outil de suivi des présences nécessaires dans les tests.

**Profil**:
- PC
- Microsoft Office
- Change Management Tool
**Court terme**:
Prise de connaissance d’un certain nombre de modules de formation sur l’architecture d’un véhicule ferroviaire.
Prise en main des méthodologies et outils
Etablissement d’un planning détaillé de production des livrables suivant un modèle standard

General Engineering or Industrial background (BAC+5 mini)
