Shadow IT issues still need to be sufficiently recognized and are not seen as a top priority for our key targets (ISD/IT departments, CDO, CTO, etc.). In response to this challenge, we are in search of an enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to bolster our Sales & Marketing Activation. Join the Marketing team alongside Alexis & Clémentine. You will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives for 2024.

Two key areas to success in this job: 50% dedicated to brand marketing, which includes organizing events and developing new channels to reach C-level, and 50% devoted to a reactive strategy, closely coordinating with sales teams on tactical matters & especially with our co-founder Edouard.

**During a typical month, you will**:

- Identify and organize key market events to enhance the sales pipe
- Enhance and promote the event strategy both externally and internally
- Build and maintain communities of CIOs & CISOs (Collaborate with clubs to connect with the right individuals. Streamline our referral program to leverage our robust network of founders, investors, and clients)
- Work with BDR and Sales to identify target accounts and segment lists based on business priorities
- Craft engaging messages and create content for priority accounts, taking advantage of market dynamics (e.g., new regulations)
- Develop local customer marketing strategies, including ABM

**Must have to succeed on the job**:

- You have at least 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS working as a BDR or a Lead Gen position within a sales-led or hybrid growth strategy environment.
- You understand that targeting an Enterprise market is way different from targeting an SMB market.
- You are results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
