Votre rôle en tant qu **'Internal Control Officer - Intern** sera rattaché au Head of Internal Control et vous ferez partie du département **AXA IM GS - Risk Management.**
La fonction du département Risk Management est d'apporter une vision critique et indépendante des risques (de marché, de crédit et opérationnels) d'AXA IM ainsi que de définir des actions visant à réduire et mitiger ces risques.
L'équipe Internal Control qui est rattachée à Operational Risk est composée de 6 experts qui interviennent sur l'ensemble des activités (Front-Office, Operations, Systèmes d'information, Marketing, etc.), des classes d'actifs (Equity, Fixed Income, Real-Estate, etc.) et couvre l'essentiel des entités AXA IM dans le monde
**DECOUVREZ votre opportunité**
Le ou la stagiaire devra participer à délivrer les travaux requis par AXA Group:
- Réalisation du **plan de contrôle interne** dans les délais impartis en particulier sur le périmètre Real Asset d'AXA IM:
- Vérifier l'adéquation des contrôles existants aux risques et identifier les contrôles manquants ou défaillants
- Emettre des plans d'actions et/ou recommandations visant à combler les gaps renforcer le dispositif de contrôle interne
- Suivre l'implémentation des plans d'actions/recommandations
- Produire les reportings destinés à l'équipe centrale Contrôle Interne d'AXA Group
- **Administration de l'outil **de contrôle interne:
- Assurer la qualité de donnée dans l'outil,
- Accompagner et apporter le support nécessaire aux utilisateurs, etc.

**Vos diplômes et expériences**
- Master 1 ou 2 d'une école de commerce ou université en gestion avec si possible Spécialisation : Audit, risque, contrôle opérationnel, contrôle interne / Asset Management
**Vos connaissances et compétences**
Compétences techniques:
- Maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPoint.
- Connaissance ou intérêt pour le métier de gestion des risques opérationnels et du contrôle interne. Intérêt pour le domaine très régulé de la finance de marché
- Français et Anglais courant (lu, parlé, écrit)
- Maitrise des outils MS Office (notamment les fonctions natives de MS Excel)
Compétences relationnelles et comportementales:
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, sens de l'organisation, rigueur et adaptabilité
Toute compétence ou expérience non indispensable mais qui serait un plus:
- Une première expérience dans un big 4
