**Le poste**:
Dans le cadre d'un projet de modernisation du SI, nous recherchons un Service Reliability Engineer H/F
L'ingénieur en fiabilité des services est chargé de concevoir et d'intégrer des outils logiciels pour améliorer la fiabilité, l'automatisation et l'évolutivité des systèmes de l'organisation.
: Créer des outils qui facilitent l'automatisation des opérations et la gestion de l'assistance.
: S'assurer que les services sont disponibles, que l'infrastructure sous-jacente fonctionne correctement et que les autres outils, processus et systèmes internes fonctionnent comme prévu.
: Identifier et créer des indicateurs, en particulier des indicateurs de niveau de service et des objectifs de niveau de service (SLI, SLO), tout en gardant un œil sur les performances. Cela implique d'analyser les données historiques et de fixer des objectifs réalistes pour respecter les accords de niveau de service (SLA).
: Gérer correctement les incidents (y compris leur enregistrement) et restaurer le système conformément aux accords de niveau de service.
: Interagir avec les développeurs pour fournir des services de consultation et de dépannage en cas d'alerte.
: Identifier les causes profondes de l'incident et mettre en œuvre des actions pour éviter des incidents similaires à l'avenir
: Veiller à ce que la documentation appropriée (sur l'environnement de production et d'essai) soit disponible pour les autres ingénieurs et équipes lorsqu'ils en ont besoin.
**Profil recherché**:
De formation informatique, vous maitrisez plusieurs aspects tels que la virtualisation, le cloud, la gestion des incidents.
Vous avez de l'expérience pour
- configurer et automatiser des App & Serveur (Ansible,...) mais aussi de l'Infrastructure & Serveur (Terraform,...)
- conteneuriser et l'orchestrer des conteneurs
- orchestrer une chaine d'intégration continu et de déploiement continue
- déployer des langages de programmation pour les composants logiciels
Par ailleurs, vous avez la capacité à définir et exécuter les tests de performances, de robustesse et de reprise avec sinistre.
L'environnement étant anglophone, la maitrise de l'anglais oral et écrit est attendu.
