**CDD Digital Transformation Technical Manager (F/H)**

CDD Digital Transformation Technical Manager (F/H)

**Regulatory Science **conducts a sound risk assessment to ensure the safe use of our products and submits dossiers to regulatory authorities worldwide with the aim to obtain our license to sell.

Digital transformation of Regulatory Science will increase our speed to market, improve pipeline value, significantly increase efficiency, and help ensure compliance.

Regulatory **Processes and Information Management **encompasses **the management of regulatory data, dossiers, tools, systems, processes and strategic planning**, to support Global, regional and country Regulatory Teams in the execution of their goals and activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Dossier preparation and submission is one of the core processes within Regulatory Science needs to be continuously improved.

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- Be a key contributor to the deployment of **digital strategy**:

- Implement **digitalised and automated solutions** to reduce time-consuming and/or non-added value tasks
- Lead or participate to **project** related to better **data connectivity **and **quality**, **tools enhancements **and **information management**:
**Your profile**:
Project management, agile and scrum methodology

Proactivity and passion for solving problems with new digital technologies and tools

**Process mapping** and workflow management tools

Coding language **:Python, R**

Data visualization tools **:Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire**

Low code tools to automate processes **:Power automate, Knime**

Project management software **:Wrike***

Solution-oriented to serve customer(internal) needs, focused on lean approach

Ability to translate user needs into digital solutions

Team player, enable to work transversally with other teams

Ability to look at the overall operational processes of an organization to suggest solutions and efficiency improvement

English mandatory
