BU INDUSTRIAL BLOW MOULDING PROFESSIONAL - MISSION
- **Manage Blow Molding Machines, grinders, material feeding systems in the region, actively support the needs of operations, secure process and robustness improvements, maintain high safety level throughout life cycle**.
- **Manage any automation projects on any equipment (From Blow molding machines to specific machines and robots ), from RFQ to final acceptance**:

- **Support projects and plants on any automation issues at regional level.**:

- **Participate to the definition any new and future architectures and / or PLC technology based on technological watch**
- RESPONSABILITES
- Involve on CAPEX estimation for yearly budget and Business Plan
- For any investment:

- Specify, follow, install and commission all new machines (Blow Molding, peripherals such as grinders, feeding systems).
- On specifics equipment (eg : Finishing Center, assembly up to the specifics equipments such as Finishing center, Assembly Line ), support projects in collaboration with MDE Engineer for the automation aspect.
- Involve in improvement plan for existing equipment, via upgrades and retrofits, with payback
- Pilot and validate the studies and debugging of electrical, pneumatic and automatic equipment (including poka yoké, process control, alarm management, Human-machine interface, easy use in safety, communication and traceability)
- Respect budget, quality and timing
- Make sure all safety requirements are completed, risk evaluated, audits performed, potential issues closed, reports delivered, machine documentation compliance with OPmobility and CE requirements.
- Toward suppliers
- Actively support / conduct negotiation with suppliers, make sure purchasing is always on the same page
- Make sure PO standard are well understood by suppliers
- Follow open issues, track action plans
- Support operations:

- Make recommendation toward process efficiency and operation cost reduction, support plants in case of breakdown
- When needed, give specific plant support (installation of additional equipment, Equipment issues, trouble shooting,)
- Give specific plant support on automation and robotic issues issues, trouble shooting
- Train plants on automation aspect and enrich training modules when necessary.
- Support maintenance strategy with regions for Spare parts related to automation
- Know-how
- Propose & organize training on equipment, build the necessary training documents and modules to permit knowledge sharing
- Capitalize Know-how and share with other regions to secure robustness and process improvement
- Validate the local solutions proposed by Regions/Plants, confirming if they can become global practices
- Support 8D, quality et safety initiatives
- Bench mark competitions & market to remain ahead of the pack
- Initiate and support innovative solutioIns
- PROFIL**Personal Background**
- Engineer, with a minimum 10 years’ experience in Blow molding machines and Automation
- Experience in plant and production environment

**Job Technical skills**
- Technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical equipment, Robotics, PLC Programming, Data Management
- Ability to drive action plans remotely
- Ability to participate in projects on quality, cost and time aspects
- Ability to impact knowledge
- Fluency in English is essential
