CMA Ships, a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, covers all facets of the maritime business: from the fleet management of the vessels to that of the crew members.

CMA Ships is also a team of experts responsible for implementing innovative solutions and making CMA CGM vessels more energy efficient.

MISSION

Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
Your mission consists in defining, implementing and following-up project methodology and overall governance that will be used to drive any projects within CMA Ships.

RESPONSABILITIES

**Implement and follow up**:
A governance model;
the projects various planning’s regularly;
the associated key performance Indicators;
Organize and follow-up the Projects activities;
Identify and implement a risk management methodology;
Issue periodical reporting and manage the minutes of meeting when required;
Identify and provide support to CMA Ships Director in implementing new KPIs and/or dashboards

Implement a scope change control management;
Organize and manage the various project meetings according to the agreed governance model;
Provide support to Management in proposing continuous improvement initiatives.

PROFILE & COMPETENCES

**Expert**: In Project Management; MS Project;
with various software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
Fluent in English

PMI / Prince 2 certification is appreciated.

Experience

**Previous experience in**:
Setting-up and driving a PMO (8 to 10 years);
Project management of large and complex Projects;
Strong international experience, multicultural.

Personal attributes

Rigor, method and autonomy;
Good analytic and synthesis skills;
Good presentation and Organization, communication skills (verbal, written and listening), ability to work with all levels of staff and across diverse business areas;
Collaborative and team-building attitude;
