**VOTRE MISSION** : DEVELOPPER TOUTE LA STARTEGIE DESIGN DES DIFFERENTS PRODUITS DE LA START-UP**:
Au sein de la start-up composée d'une dizaine de collaborateurs, vous serez amener à construire toute la stratégie product design du produit et de la structure. L'objectif est de rendre le produit de la start-up unique, remarque et accessible sur des sujets complexes. Vous interviendrez sur toute la stratégie product, design et vous participerez à la mise en place des processus product design. Vos missions seront:

- **Participer à la construction de la roadmap avec la Product Manager et les fondateurs**:

- **Collaborer avec le Product Manager sur le développement des features**:

- **Prioriser les besoins selon l'impact business**:

- **Mener les phases de user research avec les utilisateurs clients**:

- **Concevoir les parcours utilisateurs et interfaces utilisateurs**:

- **Structurer le design system du produit afin de le rendre accessible pour les Tech & Product**:

- **Construire les processus et méthodologie Product Design de la start-up**:

- **Itérer sur le produit pour identifier des opportunités design à fortes valeurs ajoutées**

**VOTRE PROFIL : PRODUCT DESIGNER**:

- Vous avez minimum** 5 **années d'expérience** en tant que** Product Designer ou 1er Product Designer**:

- Vous êtes** expérimenté sur tout le cycle de vie d'un produit sur des solutions SaaS B2B**:

- Vous êtes** expérimenté sur** **le développement de** produit/fonctionnalité du parcours utilisateurs, à l'architecture de l'information aux interfaces utilisateurs**:

- Vous avez une **expérience sur des solutions destinées au secteur de la cybersécurité**:

- Vous avez idéalement une **expérience dans des environnements early-stage ou vous avez connu une phase de scale**:

- Vous êtes reconnu.e** pour votre proactivité, empathie, agilité, bon relationnel et votre capacité à recevoir des feedbacks constructifs**:

- **Vous maîtrisez l'anglais lu, parlé et écrit (niveau courant requis)**
