PPaaS ambition is to build a world-class cloud-based Payments Platform as a Service (PPaaS) that empowers our ecosystem of clients and partners to offer their merchant customers innovative payment and commerce solutions available anytime, anywhere. PPaaS aims at bringing a solution to the complexity of managing and integrating with multiple players and value-added service providers, regionally and globally.
You will join a leading digital transformation company, combining the advantages of a large structure (in terms of resources, expertise, and customer proximity) with the start-up mindset & way of working (innovation, flexibility, and agile organization at scale).
You will be part of building a market disruptive solution, working on cutting-edge technology projects with rich interactions in an international environment.
**Scope**
Reporting directly to the head of Product you will own the Payment services roadmap, the Acquirer Enablement & Payment Application strategy to support the commercial pipeline and revenue across ISV, Banks and Acquirer segments.
You will lead a team of few Product Managers responsible for bringing into market; through platform services, APIs and UX online and omnichannel payment services; innovative use cases to life at scale.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be a leader, thought partner, and an integral part of a team of high performing product managers
- Drive Acquiring and Payments products and focus on customer experience with executable market and business requirements, end-to-end user journeys, feature requirements while managing scope of each release cycle
- Definine solutions across our assets and challenge status quo where needed aligned to our client needs and serving delightful consumer experience for our global markets.
- Develop innovative products and services that leverages assets in our ecosystem based on deep customer insights and a strong understanding of the future of global payments
- Develop and implement a comprehensive API product strategy that feeds into roadmap
- Own the acquirer enablement strategy for Ingenico
- Create and manage your payment product roadmap, prioritization, and ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from ideation to launch.
- Understand the ecosystem and the evolving needs and challenges of the total value chain from service providers to acquirers, merchants and consumers and ensure products are tailored to meet those needs
- Own experience, product and business outcomes
- Be the product champion on your areas internally, including to be the voice of the customer, and externally, including with the customers and the partners in your area
- Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the payment space
**Experience / Skills**
- You have 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in a similar role.
- You have profound experience in payments, acquirers and Card Present transactions ; you demonstrate passion for driving payments innovation.
- You possess significant experience in product management with a track record of developing and executing a product vision for successfully scaling products based on deep understanding of customer needs.
- You can demonstrate a proven leadership capabilities including strong thought leadership, ability to drive for results and effective decision making; you are comfortable making decisions with limited data, structuring abstract problem statements and defining solution path for execution.
