Description du poste
En raison de l’expansion continue de nos activités en France, nous souhaitons recruter un « Économiste de la Construction Junior » pour travailler sur des projets de construction dans les secteurs suivants:
- Logistique (projet d’entrepôt logistique)
- Industrie (projets d’usine de batteries, etc)
- Science (projets d’usines et bâtiments dans le domaine pharmaceutique)
En tant qu’Économiste de la Construction Junior, votre responsabilité sera d’accompagner l’Économiste de la Construction sur les missions suivantes:
- Aider à la réalisation de l’estimation financière du projet, de la phase Faisabilité aux phases plus avancées (APS, APD, PRO).
- Veiller à satisfaire le client en respectant le budget alloué pour le projet et en s’appuyant sur des compétences clés que vous développerez au fur et à mesure (estimation, reporting, projection et benchmarking financier précis).
- Tenir à jour les documents budgétaires et les rapports financiers.
- Évaluer et gérer les coûts du projet : identifier et analyser les coûts du projet, surveiller les dépenses.
- Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs pour s'assurer que les coûts restent dans les limites du budget.
- Assistance pour les études de faisabilité, demandes de prix aux fournisseurs ainsi qu’aux autres intervenants du projet.
- Conseiller sur les différentes méthodes d’appels d’offre.
- Préparer le Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE), analyser les offres et rédiger la recommandation (ACT).
- Être un point de contact clé avec le client ainsi qu’avec les autres intervenants à toutes les étapes du projet.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de Projet et le tenir informé à toutes les étapes du projet.
**Qualifications**:
- Jeune diplômé d’une formation d’ingénieur, Economie de la Construction ou construction.
- Vous montrez un intérêt réel pour la gestion financière d’un projet et ses outils, ainsi que pour le secteur de la construction dans sa globalité.
- Flexible, autonome, avide d'apprendre, accessible, sachant travailler en équipe.
- Vous avez une appétence pour les chiffres et la gestion des budgets.
- Bilingue en Français et Anglais (écrit et oral),
- Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles pour rédiger le(s) reporting(s) dans les deux langues.
- Bonne maîtrise du pack Office.
