**Description du poste**
Pour le compte de la société Unilever Retail Operations France, vous intégrerez notre boutique de glace GROM.
GROM est une **chaîne italienne** présente en France depuis 2008, qui propose des "gelati" préparé comme autrefois.
Et pour cela, nous utilisons uniquement des fruits cueillis à leur pleine maturité. Les crèmes glacés sont préparé sur place grâce à du lait frais Haute Qualité et des œufs de ules élevées à même le sol; nos sorbets sont constitués d'une haute teneur en fruits (souvent plus de 50%), de l’eau de source Sparea® et du sucre de canne blanc.Les colorants, arômes et émulsifiants sont définitivement bannis.

En effet, nous recherchons un Assistant Manager prêt à **relever des** **challenges** au sein d’une équipe jeune et dynamique sachant faire preuve d’un **savoir-faire unique et ayant un bon relationnel client. **

En effet, nous recherchons un Responsable de boutique prêt à **relever des** **challenges** au sein d’une équipe jeune et dynamique sachant faire preuve d’un **savoir-faire unique **
Vos missions principales consisterons à mettre en avant nos produits et notre savoir-faire, développer la profitabilité, manager votre équipe et gérer la boutique dans le respect des règles d'hygiène.
Et plus précisement:
- Organiser les plannings hebdomadaires des vendeurs/vendeuses - "conista" ;
- Gérer les commandes des produits et les inventaires;
- Avoir de bonnes capacités organisationnelles ;
- Est responsable du contenu du coffre-fort à la fin de son horaire de travail ;
- Vérifier la caisse à chaque service ;
- Effectuer des contrôles administratifs ;
- Vérifier les factures des marchandises ;
- Charger de la bonne tenue du magasin ;
- Former le personnel dans le respect des procédures ;
- Responsable de la qualité de la boutique ;
- En charge de vérifier le respect des normes de travail ;
- Vérifier les standards de communication au sein de la boutique ;
- Responsable de tous les rapports mensuels à présenter au siège;
- Comparer les rapports avec le bureau administratif ;
**Salaire**:2100€/mois
**Qualités requises**:
- Français Professionnel, la connaissance d’une 2nde langue est un plus (italien, anglais)
- Très bonne présentation
- Goût pour le commerce et le service à la clientèle
- Bon communicant(e)
- Orienté(e) chiffre
- Courtois
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
