**Job Description**:
**We are looking forward to welcoming a new **Talent Acquisition Partner **W/M** to our team**

**Your mission will be to**:

- Define the sourcing strategy and guarantee the recruitment & mobility processes on the assigned perimeter (international and/or head office)
- Support and be a driving force in the evolution of the recruitment strategy and manage the related continuous improvement projects.

**You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.**

**Main Activities**:

- Manage and lead the recruitment process in terms of quality, cost and time: analysis of needs with managers, briefing meeting, sourcing strategy and decision-making process with HRBPs and managers.
- Support the development of managers' skills in the selection and decision-making processes
- Lead the internal mobility process and the relationship with certain service providers
- Participate in the implementation of the employer brand and school relations
- Maintain up-to-date activity reports and ensure data quality
- Participate and/or lead continuous improvement projects

Notre équipe s'agrandit _**_Ra_**_ttaché(e) à la responsable de l'équipe Talent Acquisition, notre futur(e) _**_Talent Acquisition Partner_**_ aura pour missions de :_**
- _ Définir la stratégie de sourcing et garantir les processus de recrutement & mobilité sur le périmètre assigné (international et/ou siège social)_
- _ Accompagner et être force de proposition sur l’évolution de la stratégie de recrutement et gérer des projets d’amélioration continue associés._

**_Activités principales :_**
- _ Gérer et animer le processus de recrutement en qualité, coût et délai : analyse des besoins auprès des managers, conduite du brief, stratégie de sourcing et processus de décision avec les HRBP et managers._
- _ Accompagner la montée en compétences des managers sur les processus de sélection et de décision_
- _ Animer le processus de mobilité interne et la relation avec certains prestataires_
- _ Participer à la mise en œuvre de la marque employeur et des relations écoles_
- _ Maintenir les rapports d’activité à jour et veiller à la qualité des données_
- _ Participer et/ou piloter des projets d’amélioration continue_
