Logistics Support

**THE ROLE**

Integrated into the Supply Chain department, you will be the preferred contact for customs questions, in relation with internal contacts and the customs authorities. You will be in charge of supplying and managing technical stocks for the site. Your mission will also consist of monitoring existing contracts and ordering technical equipment references while respecting the needs of the site and in a logic of price, quality, eco-responsibility. You will participate in purchasing-related projects. All of these missions will comply with EHS rules and the rules defined by the group.

**Inventory management and procurement**
- Check that orders match the site’s technical equipment needs
- Carry out the replenishment of technical parts as close as possible to the need and with responsiveness
- Update the article database and create new references

**Customs management**
- Act as a contact person with customs authorities
- Act within the framework of simplified customs procedures
- Organize the collection of goods from Switzerland with our partner carriers

**Purchases**
- Engage a follow up of current contracts and maintain close ties with suppliers
- Be the point of contact for the implementation of new contracts
- Carry out price monitoring and find out about new developments on the market
- Carry out orders and their follow-up within the framework of a nomenclature of 5,000 current references

**Optimization**
- Ensure compliance with process requirements when purchasing technical equipment
- Analyze “bad actors” in connection with maintenance and process department
- Analyze item rotations from SAP databases and consider possible rationalizations
- Creation, monitoring and updating of performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the monitoring of technical purchases and costs

**Projects**
- Find out about technical innovations and the possibilities for developing local partnerships
- Participate in projects related to purchasing for the site (optimization, etc.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor degree diploma in the fields of Logistics, Purchasing, Customs
- Significant experience is expected in similar functions within an industry
- Knowledge of customs regulations
- Be familiar with the purchase of technical parts, inventory management, procurement
- Software: SAP and more particularly the MM and PM modules - Office Pack
- A profile comfortable in the field, demonstrating rigor, method and good interpersonal skills is expected for this position
