Business Controller

Dans un contexte de **fort accroissement de l’activité et de structuration** de l’équipe contrôle de gestion, le B**usiness Controller **rejoint le pôle contrôle de gestion rattaché à la direction financière.
L’équipe est managée par une responsable contrôle de gestion et est constituée de 3 contrôleurs de gestion (2 en France et 1 dans la filiale de production espagnole) ainsi que d’un stagiaire.
En tant que **Business Controller**, vous serez un véritable **Business Partner **auprès des différents pôles de la maison Polène. Vous serez en charge d’**assurer la rentabilité de votre périmètre **de filiales et aurez un** rôle d’alerte **en cas d'événement influant sur le résultat de l’entreprise afin de permettre de prendre des décisions de gestion concrètes.
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
**1/ Rentabilités des filiales**
**Piloter la rentabilité des filiales asiatiques du groupe Polène (Chine, Japon, Corée)**
- Analyser la rentabilité des boutiques et du e-commerce : chiffre d’affaires, marges, salaires, loyers, animations magasins,...
- Assurer la cohérence des données budgétaires et réelles en liaison avec les responsables opérationnels et notamment la direction Retail
- Construire et suivre les budgets et révisions budgétaires des filiales
- Modéliser la rentabilité des ouvertures de boutiques sur le périmètre
- Travailler en binôme avec la référente comptable des filiales asiatiques
**2/ Business Partner**
**Suivre l’ensemble des dépenses du groupe en agissant comme un véritable business partner auprès des responsables de pôles**
- Mettre en place un suivi des dépenses des pôles Design, Collection, Branding, Digital, Relation Presse, Achats, Logistique, Service clients
- Suivre les CAPEX des ouvertures de boutiques et du nouveau siège social parisien du groupe
- Mettre en place des KPIs pertinents
- Etre garant des coûts des différents flux logistiques : réassorts boutiques, envois e-commerce, achat matières premières
- Définir les budgets OPEX et CAPEX en lien avec les pôles et la direction générale
**3/ Pilotage et outils**
- Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux outils et processus de gestion permettant un meilleur pilotage de l’activité
- Vous possédez un Bac +5 en **Ecole de Commerce** avec une** spécialité Finance**:
- Vous possédez entre **3 et 4 ans d'expériences **sur un poste en** Contrôle de Gestion**:
- Vous êtes une personne flexible, force de proposition avec un esprit collaboratif fort et faites preuve de facilités pour vous adapter à des nouvelles situations
- Vous souhaitez intégrer un environnement en forte croissance et stimulant au quotidien
- Vous avez une aisance relationnelle ainsi qu'un esprit de pédagogie afin d’accompagner les collaborateurs sur les sujets liés à la Finance
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit analytique et êtes très à l'aise avec des chiffres
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de contrôle de gestion et notamment sur l'utilisations d'outils (**Shopify, CEGID, Spendesk, Excel, Outil BI)**:
- Vous avez un excellent niveau de français et d'anglais
