Techlead - Smart Network H/F/N

**Au sein de votre équipe #OneTeam**
- Vous intégrerez l'équipe Software Enablers/Functions en tant que Tech Lead et responsable technologique de son périmètre.
- Vous construisez avec l'équipe la stratégie technique pour répondre aux demandes.
- Vous animez la réflexion technique de l'équipe.
- Vous arbitrez pour amener l'équipe à converger vers des compromis pertinents.
- Vous participez activement à l'ensemble des rituels (code review, backlog refinement, gestion dette technique,...).

**Vos principales responsabilités**- Vous avez une vision long terme des projets de transformation réseau, vous permettant d'orienter des actions plus court terme.
- Vous challengez l'équipe dans l'objectif d'améliorer la scalabilité, la résilience et le "design to cost" des produits.
- Vous recueillez, analysez ou répondez aux besoins métier exprimés par le produit ou les équipes.
- Vous participez à la conception d'architectures logicielles et d’infrastructures réseau.
- Vous contribuez aux choix techniques transverses.
- Vous évangélisez votre savoir et partagez les bonnes pratiques auprès des pairs et interlocuteurs métiers (Product managers, SA, marketing ).

**Votre futur impact**
- Dans 6 mois vous :_
- Aurez une bonne compréhension de l'infrastructure des Data Centers d'OVHcloud.
- Comprendrez les challenges associés à la transformation réseau.
- Comprendrez l'architecture logicielle et réseau des produits de l'équipe.
- Comprendrez la finalité des projets en cours.
- Développerez pour l'un des produits de l'équipe.
- Connaitrez les principales équipes en interaction avec la vôtre.
- Aurez noué une bonne relation avec les membres de l'équipe.

Et dans 1 an vous:

- Aurez une maitrise fine des projets et challenges à 12 mois de l'équipe.
- Aurezparticipé à des choix de conception liés aux projets de l'équipe.
- Aurez réalisé un ou plusieurs Proof of Concepts ou contribué significativement aux livrables.
- Prendrez de l'autonomie sur les sujets de transformation (animation avec vos pairs de sujets de transformation).
- Serez en capacité de proposer des pistes de réflexion à l'équipe
- Mènerez les travaux technique de l'équipe



**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience démontrée du développement d'un composant réseau améliorant la scalabilité et la performance.
- Expérience démontrée de la réalisation d'un projet R&D du concept jusqu'à la mise en production.
- Expérience démontrée dans la conception d'une infrastructure réseau.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement et à vulgariser des sujets techniques complexes.- Maitrise avancée des protocoles et technologies réseaux (VXLAN, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, ECMP,...).- Maitrise avancée des enjeux des infrastructures et systèmes répartis et/ou distribués (scalabilité, résilience, équilibrage).
- Maitrise avancée d'un langage de programmation (C, Rust, C++).
- Maitrise du développement système pour Linux.

- Expérience des problématiques de Data Centers.
- Connaissances des architectures Clos (Spine Leaf).
- Affinité avec les mathématiques probabilistes.
