En tant que PMO d'un ou plusieurs projets, vous serez en charge des responsabilités suivantes:
- Construction, suivi et analyse des coûts mensuels et à terminaison des projets.
- Construction, suivi et analyse des plannings, chemin critique, interfaces et surveillance des marges disponibles.
- Conduite des analyses d’opportunités et de risques projet, pilotage des plans de mitigation et surveillance des impacts sur les objectifs de performance.
- Mise en œuvre des outils de contrôle projet et accompagnement des équipes dans leur déclinaison opérationnelle.
- Garant de la conduite des objectifs, coûts, délais et performance du ou des projets, aux côtés du/ des chef(s) de projet.Vous favorisez par ailleurs la capitalisation des connaissances et des pratiques au sein des activités du groupe métier de la DIMP en participant à des actions transverses (expertise, méthodologie/ outils).
Le poste est localisé au CEA Saclay avec selon les besoins des projets des déplacements dans le sud-est (Cadarache/Marcoule).
Titulaire d'un Bac+5 (Diplôme d'Ecole d'Ingénieurs ou équivalent), avec 6 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet.
- Des compétences en gestion de projet et un intérêt pour la maîtrise d'œuvre de projets d'investissement nucléaires ou industriels sont nécessaires.
- La certification PMI, Prince, AACE, IPMA ou équivalent sont des plus.
La capacité à interagir et communiquer avec les membres de l'équipe projet est essentielle à la réalisation des missions.
Vous êtes doté d’un esprit d’analyse et d’une bonne capacité de synthèse.
Nous sommes à la recherche de personnalités rigoureuses, avec un sens du service développé, une communication efficace, et une capacité à challenger les organisations projet.
Ce poste nécessite donc un équilibre entre une appétence pour les outils de gestion de projet et une bonne aisance relationnelle dans des environnements de travail complexes avec un fort enjeu de sûreté et de sécurité.
