Dans un contexte de forts enjeux et dans le cadre de la maîtrise de la montée en cadence du programme Single Aisle, un poste de **Chef de Projet & Gestion de Configuration (F/H) **vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'**Airbus Atlantic Montoir de Bretagne**.
Le site de Montoir de Bretagne est spécialisé dans **l'assemblage de sous-ensembles et l'installation systèmes mécaniques et électriques d'aérostructure.**
Rattaché hiérarchiquement à l'organisation en charge des évolutions de produit du Single Aisle, **vos principales missions consisteront à**:
Analyser dans les temps impartis les demandes tardives des Clients
Piloter l'exécution de ces modifications impactant les ensembles produits à Méaulte, Rochefort et Montoir de Bretagne
Gérer la relation avec les équipes Programme SA d'Airbus Commercial
Compiler les coûts du périmètre Airbus Atlantic et élaborer des offres commerciales vers Airbus Commercial
Piloter l'ensemble des livrables et les équipes multi métiers associés comprenant le bureau d'étude, la préparation industrielle, la production, la qualité, l'approvisionnement, la logistique
Des déplacements ponctuels seront à prévoir sur les sites Airbus Atlantic.
**Profil recherché**:
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
De formation** Ingénieur Généraliste ou équivalent**, vous justifiez d'une **expérience de plus de 5 ans en Gestion de projet **qui vous a permis d'apprendre et de développer votre maîtrise des outils nécessaires et pertinents pour assurer le pilotage des projets de manière efficiente.
Vous avez de solides connaissances en** gestion de configuration**.
Vous couplez une **vision stratégique** à une **approche opérationnelle et terrain**.
Votre **esprit d'équipe**, votre **pragmatisme**, votre sens de l'engagement et votre **curiosité **vous permettront d'insuffler une dynamique constante dans l'avancement de vos projets et le développement de vos responsabilités.
**Fédérateur**, **bon communicant** et disposant de leadership pour fédérer les équipes multi-métiers.
Un niveau courant en Français et professionnel en Anglais sont requis (B2 minimum).
