**Description de la mission**:
**Les missions**
Pour accompagner notre client dans le secteur de l'énergie dans l'industrialisation de ses équipements, nous recherchons un **Project Manager **pour rejoindre nos équipes à **Lille **. A ce titre, vous:
- **Pilotez le projet **dans toutes ses phases de sa conception à son déploiement et êtes le garant de la fourniture des livrables et des services conformément aux **engagements de qualité, coût, délai et performance **.
- Assurez le **reporting interne **et le **suivi contractuel auprès du client **, notamment en participant aux instances de décision.
- **Optimisez la rentabilité du projet **et la détection de nouvelles opportunités sur le périmètre. Vous serez amené(e) à participer à la construction de nouvelles offres, assurer le renouvellement des projets en cours et à porter les propositions auprès des clients en lien avec le métier et le commerce.
- **Veillez à la performance des équipes **et de leur structuration (recrutement, gestion de la trajectoire des collaborateurs) en lien avec les opérations et le ressource management.
**Profil**:
**Profil**
De formation supérieure dans le domaine de l’ingénierie, vous avez une expérience professionnelle d’au moins **5 ans dans le pilotage de projets **. Idéalement, vous possédez une connaissance du secteur de l'énergie ou de l'automobile.
Vous aimez travailler sur le terrain, en usine, proche des équipes et du client. Vos expériences passées vous ont permis de développer votre connaissance du milieu industriel et/ou de la production.
