**Description du poste**:
**Mission and challenges**
As part of the Marketing department, reporting directly to Maxime (Co-founder & CMO), you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company’s growth. Your primary responsibility is to build and lead the team responsible for the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF) for our new app features and printed products. You will build your team of PMMs to support these efforts.
**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
**Market Research & Analysis**:
- ** Customer Insights**: Collaborate with our user researchers to conduct in-depth customer interviews, surveys, gaining valuable insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- ** Market Trends**: Perform market research to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and the competitive landscape.
- ** Data-Driven Strategies**: Analyze product performance metrics and market data to inform and refine our marketing strategies, ensuring they are aligned with market demands.
**Product-Market Fit (PMF)**:
- ** Value Proposition Development**: Develop and validate hypotheses that drive a compelling value proposition for our products.
- ** Strategic Positioning**: Create and continuously refine product positioning that resonates with our primary target audience, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- ** KPI Monitoring**: Track and analyze key adoption metrics to validate hypotheses and assess the success of our PMF efforts.
**Go-to-Market Strategy & Messaging**:
- ** GTM Planning**: Lead the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and partnership teams to execute GTM plans, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all channels, including in-app communications.
- ** Campaign Performance**: Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives
**Team Leadership**:
- ** Team Building**: Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing team that thrives on continuous learning and innovation
- ** Strategic Collaboration**: Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Partnership Leadership to co-create and execute the marketing roadmap
**Profil recherché**:
**About you**
- ** Experience**: You bring over 5 years of experience in B2C Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on Product Marketing and 2 years in team management.
- ** Bilingual Proficiency**: You are** fluent in both English and French**.
- ** Team Spirit**: Your strong team spirit and proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders are widely recognized.
- ** Discernment**: You have a keen ability to make sound decisions, combining clarity, pragmatism, and strong business acumen.
