- **TotalEnergies' OneTech entity** is mainly responsible for monitoring the Air Operators chartered for the Company (85% of flights are by helicopter, 15% by airplane + a drone activity currently under development).
- To contribute for safety improvement of air activities and to ensure compliance with the Company's requirements, TotalEnergies is looking for an
- **Aeronautical Specialist M/F **whose main tasks will be as follows:
- To respond to requests for assistance from subsidiaries and other Company entities and to advise them on the implementation of their aeronautical strategy.
- To participate to Call For Tenders within the selection of Air operators
- To conduct audits of chartered operators, to evaluate possible prospects and to follow up non-conformances
- To participate in the selection of equipment and infrastructure to ensure effective management of resources
- To contribute to a continuous quality improvement process and to the Aviation Service performance
- To participate in the analysis of operational events, including internal investigations
- To participate in the development of specifications, guides and manuals for Company use.
- To monitor any technological and regulatory developments
- To keep abreast of the latest innovations likely to be applied by the Company.
- To participate in the Market Intelligence with Contract & Procurement department
- To participate in the technical management of the Company's jets.
- To organize Regular Airline assessments
- To represent the Company at committees and meetings (IOGP, HeliOffshore, OEMs, Operators).

The position is ideally based in Courbevoie (Paris - La Defense).- Graduate degree in aeronautics or equivalent (airline pilot)
- You have at least 10 years' experience:

- EITHER as a helicopter pilot in the Offshore environment, and have worked as an instructor
- EITHER in civil aviation, with a good command of audit techniques within Operations and Maintenance/Engineering helicopter domains and applicable regulations/international standards.
- You have been involved in the organization of a Quality system, Safety Management System and the drafting of associated manuals or procedures.
