La Paris American Academy est une école de Beaux-Arts qui propose des formations en Mode et en Architecture Intérieure. Elle a été fondée en 1965 et se situe dans le célèbre Quartier Latin, au cœur de Paris. C’est une école américaine qui se définit par sa diversité culturelle car elle accueille chaque année des élèves d’une vingtaine de nationalités différentes. Les cours sont dispensés en anglais, qui est au sein de l’école la langue référence avec le français, les correspondances entre les élèves, les professeurs et le personnel de l’école sont donc bilingues.
Les classes sont petites, entre trois et douze élèves par classe, et le membre du personnel est réduit, ce qui permet l’instauration de relations humaines chaleureuses et bienveillantes.
- Descriptif du poste :_
Vous apporterez une aide à la réalisation des différentes tâches administratives qui incombent au directeur d’école sous l’autorité duquel il est placé.
L’Assistant(e) de Direction travaille en collaboration avec le directeur de l’école au sein du bureau de l’administration de l’école situé au 275 rue Saint-Jacques, Paris 75005.
**Responsabilités et missions**
- Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes à l’accueil : organiser la disponibilité des salles de classes, guider les élèves au début de chaque semestre dans l’école, aider au recensement et à la gestion du matériel pédagogique et des fournitures scolaires, prise de rendez-vous.
- Vous participerez au bon fonctionnement de l’école dans ses aspects de gestion et d’administration : création et impressions des cartes étudiantes, des emplois du temps, des documents à afficher dans l’école.
- Accompagner sous l’autorité du directeur des groupes d’élèves lors des déplacements vers des manifestations culturelles (musées, salons, défilés de mode).
**Qualifications et compétences**
- Compétences attendues/ Profil recherché_
- Niveau Bac +2 (BTS Assistant Manager) ou Niveau Bac +3 (Licence).
- Bilingue anglais-français (anglais langue maternelle). La maîtrise d’une 3ème langue sera appréciée.
- Un intérêt pour la mode/ l’architecture intérieure/la culture sera apprécié.
- Très bonne capacité d’organisation.
- Capacité de travail au sein d’une équipe.
- Aisance à l’oral.
- Autonomie.
- Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office et de l’environnement Mac.
- Bonne maîtrise des réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Instagram ).
- Une 1ère expérience professionnelle est demandée (stage, alternance, 1er emploi) -> ?
