**Descriptif du poste**
Le Risk Manager aura pour principales missions de:
- analyser les principaux risques et l’exposition assurantielle du Groupe
- participer et être force de proposition à la gestion et la renégociation des polices d’assurances du Groupe en France et à l’international (en s’appuyant éventuellement sur des forces locales)
- préparer des rapports opérationnels et financiers à destination des différents comités du Groupe,
- participer aux visites de prévention des différents sites,
- contribuer aux travaux de reporting des pays et d’amélioration continue du programme asssurance du Groupe dans le cadre du développement du Groupe
- Audit des assurances des nouvelles acquisitions...
**Votre profil**
Vous êtes diplômé (e) d’un master II en gestion des risques / assurances ou juridique. Vous avez une expérience de 5-6 ans, dans une direction Assurances d’un groupe coté ou chez un courtier IARD, ou en relation client Entreprises chez un Assureur IARD.
Cette expérience vous a permis d’acquérir de solides connaissances en gestion des risques et assurances dans un environnement international.
Vous avez une habilité à analyser, synthétiser et exposer clairement des problématiques juridiques
Vous travaillez en anglais (écrit comme oral), la maîtrise professionnelle d’une autre langue (italien, allemand, espagnol ou néerlandais) serait un atout.
