Dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'un poste en interne,** nous recrutons un-e Tech Lead Software Engineer, basé-e, au choix à Paris ou Lille.**

**TES RESPONSABILITES**:

- Faire des choix techniques et d'architecture pour permettre à nos services de scaler et d'être toujours plus performants
- En tant que Team lead de la squad, tu es moteur de l'amélioration continue de l'équipe (code review, pair programming)
- Day to day: développer nos solutions dans une équipe agile, avec des feedbacks des utilisateurs réguliers.
- Utiliser les meilleures méthodes et outils à l'heure actuelle: scrum, intégration continue...
- Analyser et résoudre les incidents

**Le périmètre technique**:

- Contexte **DevSecOps** : you build it, you run it, you enjoy it ... dans des équipes à taille humaine (équipes produits de 10 personnes max)
- **Continuous Deployment** : shipping every day
- Organisation agile sur des solutions ayant une dimension internationale.
- Back **:Java**, PostgreSQL, **Kafka**, Redis
- Cloud : GCP, AWS
- Tooling : Github, Github Actions, Kubernetes, Helm, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus
- Outils collaboratifs: Confluence, Jira
- Monitoring (Open source ARA, Splunk, Datadog)

**CE DONT TU AURAS BESOIN POUR RÉUSSIR**:

- Tu as une solide expérience en tant que **développeur(se) senior Java et tu maîtrises le framework Spring**.
- Tu es force de proposition à l'intérieur du projet aussi bien sur des sujets techniques que fonctionnels
- Tu **aimes accompagner d'autres développeurs** (pair programming, code review, refactorisation de code, etc...)
- Tu apprécies travailler en équipe, apprendre tous les jours et te renouveler au sein d'un environnement qui promeut l'humain, les talents et la prise de décision
- Pour toi, **du code non testé n'est pas du code** et tu as l'habitude de **mettre en place et d'animer tes politiques de tests (TDD, BDD)**.
- Tu es à l'aise en communication orale et **tu maîtrises l'anglais **que tu utilises quotidiennement pour échanger avec tes utilisateurs ou tes partenaires.
- Ton dynamisme et ton esprit sportif sont des atouts pour cette mission.
- Les compétences techniques c'est essentiel, mais c'est surtout ton ouverture d'esprit et ta capacité à apprendre et progresser qui nous intéressent
- **Connaissance de l'architecture micro-services et de Kubernetes**:

- Expérience ou au moins connaissances de **Docker**:

- Expérience **Kafka** est un avantage
- Tu es **particulièrement sensible à l'impact de la pratique du sport pour les valeurs qu'elle t'a permise d'acquérir dans ton style de leadership et l'animation de tes équipes **:
