Ce poste, basé sur le terrain, est stratégiquement axé sur la fourniture d'une expertise opérationnelle et scientifique locale clé pour conduire la stratégie de développement clinique mondiale, permettre des partenariats locaux qui améliorent la satisfaction des clients mondiaux (internes et externes), et soutenir la livraison et l'exécution ciblées du pipeline de recherche et de développement.

L'objectif de cette ressource est de soutenir les sites en France (pour les études globales et locales) et de maintenir une communication étroite avec les parties prenantes locales, y compris le responsable de la génération de données et les collègues des affaires médicales locales.

Le Clinical Country & Site Lead (CCSL) fournira aux équipes mondiales des connaissances opérationnelles et scientifiques locales détaillées afin d'éclairer la stratégie globale de développement clinique et de veiller à ce que les opportunités et les besoins locaux soient intégrés de manière réfléchie dans les plans opérationnels. Au niveau national, le CCSL peut fournir une orientation opérationnelle et établir des priorités pour les activités des ressources de la CCSA. Il sera le point de contact unique pour les investigateurs, le personnel des bureaux affiliés, le personnel de la Contract Research Organization (CRO) et les équipes Global Clinical Operations (GCO)/globales afin d'assurer la qualité des essais cliniques locaux et de superviser les activités de la CRO, en mettant l'accent sur la performance.

Les CCSL serviront également de point d'escalade sur le site pour les préoccupations des investigateurs, y compris celles liées à l'intégrité des données ou aux problèmes non résolus par le CRO, afin qu'elles puissent être communiquées à la partie responsable appropriée de Biogen.

**Missions principales**

Se tenir au courant des connaissances cliniques locales des domaines thérapeutiques étudiés par Biogen, des normes de soins émergentes et des besoins des cliniciens de la communauté en matière d'essais. Vous avez la possibilité d'organiser des discussions opérationnelles et scientifiques spécifiques et d'agir en tant qu'expert GCO local pour fournir des informations sur les domaines thérapeutiques, les maladies, les programmes et les études au niveau du pays, afin d'orienter et de soutenir la stratégie opérationnelle mondiale. Cela comprend l'intégration des commentaires et de l'expertise des sites français dans nos protocoles afin de répondre aux besoins des entreprises locales, le cas échéant. Coordonner les contributions transversales des filiales locales, le cas échéant, afin de fournir des informations appropriées au niveau national dans le plan de développement clinique [15 %].

Fournir et gérer les connaissances et les relations avec les investigateurs et les sites afin de mettre en évidence les capacités, les intérêts, les besoins et les niveaux de satisfaction au niveau du pays. Cela implique le développement d'une stratégie d'engagement des investigateurs GCO au niveau national ou l'exécution d'une stratégie globale (en collaboration avec Worldwide Medical (WM) ou le service médical local) pour positionner Biogen en tant que partenaire de choix pour les essais cliniques. [50%]

Il est responsable du développement stratégique et de l'exécution des activités nationales liées à la supervision par le sponsor des activités du CRO et des essais cliniques (par exemple, Sponsor Oversight Visit (SOV), audits et soutien à l'inspection) [10 %].

Vous êtes le principal interlocuteur du GCO/Biogen au niveau national pour toutes les études cliniques attribuées au GCO, en dirigeant les interactions ou en gérant les interactions avec le CCSA afin d'assurer un flux d'informations locales en temps opportun et la résolution des problèmes, le cas échéant, avec les chercheurs, le personnel des bureaux affiliés, le personnel du CRO et les équipes du GCO/global. Comprendre, analyser et surveiller les performances globales du pays (KPI) et soutenir les activités axées sur le pays afin de respecter les jalons opérationnels du pays [10%].

Pour les études locales, aider l'équipe locale des affaires médicales à fournir des informations opérationnelles pour les études d'observation de phase 4, les registres de patients, la recherche sur les résultats et les programmes d'évidence en situation réelle. [5%]

Diriger les activités locales requises dans le cadre du processus convenu de sélection des pays et des sites afin de s'assurer que les médecins traitants locaux et les autres parties prenantes apportent une contribution appropriée. (par exemple, évaluation des programmes et des protocoles par les chercheurs (et retour d'information sur ces programmes et protocoles) [10 %].
