Notre chapter Quality Engineering recherche un(e) Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Quality Ops expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe et aider à garantir une approche systémique ayant un fort impact qualité sur l’ensemble de notre département.

Afin que nous puissions livrer des produits plus rapidement et plus efficacement tout en maintenant des normes élevées de qualité, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:

- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, les product managers, les product owners et les product designers pour recueillir leurs besoins dans l’automatisation de la qualité.
- Vous serez chargé de concevoir, développer et maintenir des nouveaux outils qualités au service des autres équipes et les intégrer dans leurs processus, de la discovery à la production.
- Vous serez chargé de développer et maintenir nos tests automatiques sur les golden paths (web et api).

**RESPONSABILITÉS**

En tant que SDET - Quality Ops, vous devrez:

- Collecter les besoins en automatisation de la qualité pour toutes les parties prenantes.
- Identifier les éléments systémiques essentiels pour garantir la qualité du produit.
- Concevoir et développer des outils qualité au service des autres équipes: Product, Design, Engineering, Infrastructure, Data:

- Plugin notion pour nos product managers
- Plugin figma pour nos designers
- Linter API pour nos développeurs
- Générateur de fixtures
- Intégration de lighthouse pour l’accessibilité
- Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tests automatisés (end to end) pour la plateforme web (250 tests) et nos APIs (1500 tests).
- Contribuer à élargir les checks de nos pipelines (Accessibilité, Performance, Fonctionnel, Security,...) avec les devops, les développeurs et l’équipe sécurité.
- Accompagner les développeurs sur les pratiques de test automatisés.
- Travailler avec l'équipe Quality Engineering pour assurer la qualité des produits et aider à améliorer les processus de test et de développement.
- Assurer une communication claire et efficace avec les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes pour résoudre les problèmes et améliorer la qualité globale du produit.
- Promouvoir notre vision de la qualité.
- Définir et maintenir des processus qualité pour assurer la mission “Quality At Speed”.

**RATTACHEMENT HIÉRARCHIQUE**

Ce poste sera rattaché au Quality Director.

L’équipe quality engineering appartient au département Product, Experience and Technology.

Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec deux autres professionnels expérimentés : un Quality Coach dédié à la tribe training et un Quality Coach dédié à la tribe enrollment.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience comme SDET ou 5 ans d’expérience comme développeur avec une culture qualité (obligatoire).
- Un profil “doer” avec une approche systémique de son métier.
- Connaissance approfondie des concepts et des principes de développement logiciel et de test automatisé.
- Compétences en programmation, avec une expérience pratique en développement de scripts et de tests automatisés en utilisant des langages tels que JavaScript, PHP ou Python.
- Connaissance des outils de test automatisé tels que Selenium (PHP Framework Codeception) et des outils de CI (Github, Codefresh, Lighthouse,...)
- L’esprit curieux pour découvrir et comprendre les autres métiers mais aussi approcher différentes technologies et plateformes.
- Une capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec des équipes de développement, de product management et de design.
- Une capacité à gérer des projets en autonomie avec des partenaires de différents profils (technique ou non).
- Une capacité à penser aux problématiques business de manière pertinente (priorité, data-driven, risques, enjeux).
