- Support the Consortium PrPM to define the external Project Time Management Plan for the Alstom and Colas Rail’ part and get approval by the Project Director
- Support the Consortium PrPM to build the Customer schedule (with baseline validated) with the Customer and other stakeholders, and maintain it.
- Define and maintain the internal Project Time Management Plan based on inputs from all stakeholders and keep it updated
- Animate and coordinate the Line 1 Metro Abidjan project scheduling community
- Build the project schedule in the mandatory scheduling tool based on internal standard WBS, contractual targets and data provided by all stakeholders,
- Propose the project baseline (internal), and ensure its acceptance in accordance with the DFQ cycles for Turnkeys Projects
- Contribute with the Finance Project Manager to Earned Value Management
- Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders commitments, and manages the schedules interfaces,
- Perform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues
- Organise and lead periodic project schedule sessions (internal and with external stakeholders),
- Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline,
- Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule and alert Project Core Team in case of any significant variation
- Identify and develop mitigation plans to recover from anticipated or incurred delays.
- Prepare schedule and progress reports for Project Director Customer / Partners,
- Provide support to Project Core Team on all issues related to project schedule,
- Promote time management practices awareness in the project team
- Coach planning team in project planning practices
- Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices, schedule templates.

**Performance measurements**:

- Baseline approved (internally and by the Customer)
- Regular and consistent scheduling updates, with potential delays analysis
- Delivery on time delivery of KPIs (OTD, Gate Reviews GO on time, sales, cash,) and planning documents,
