**Extend Consulting, **cabinet de recrutement de cadres et dirigeants, recherche pour l'un de ses clients, **un(e) « Assistant Financial Controlleur » (H/F), basé à **la Garenne Colombes**.**
**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE : VOS MISSIONS**
Nous recherchons un assistant controller pour travailler en étroite collaboration avec le financial controller sur un périmètre France et Europe. Dans la poursuite de notre séparation avec un groupe qui sera finalisée d’ici la fin de l’année, nous mettons en place un nouveau système d’informations et une nouvelle équipe.
Vos missions:
- Etre garant de la conformité des états financiers et coordonner les audits externes
- Etre l’interlocuteur privilégié du centre de service partagé sur les sujets Record to Report
- Définir de nouveaux process et maintenir les contrôles internes associés au cycle RTR
- Avoir une bonne compréhension de l’operating model et des flux physiques et financiers
- Participer aux travaux de clôture et mettre en place des indicateurs clés
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
Vous bénéficiez de 5 ans minimum d’expérience en Finance, et avez impérativement une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire.
Vous êtes:
- Pro-actif avec une forte motivation, rigoureux et autonome
- Bac + 5 en finance
- Capable de faire des analyses et vous avez une aptitude à manier les chiffres
- Capable d’équilibrer et de hiérarchiser des priorités concurrentes et souvent urgentes,
- Un collaborateur qui a une capacité à travailler efficacement dans l’ensemble de l’entreprise à tous les niveaux et capable d’établir des relations solides.
- Un communicant efficace qui est capable d’analyser clairement et simplement les données
- Un facilitateur et un coordinateur qui est capable de comprendre des problématiques business complexes et de les opérationnaliser dans le système d'informations
