**Responsibilities**:

- Leads the manufacturing process for the trades for which he is responsible, in compliance with production standards, customer specifications and set performance objectives (volume, quality, waste).
- Ensures the technical interventions necessary for the conduct of trades and the continuity of production, in compliance with safety rules and instructions. Assists maintenance in the event of an intervention.
- Ensures the traceability of production operations and the communication of information in his team in order to guarantee the continuity of the activity and the optimization of the production.
- Participate in the coordination of activities in the trades for which he is responsible, in accordance with the instructions and skills of his colleagues. Contributes to team communication.
- Ensures the monitoring of the manufacturing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Holder of a technical diploma (mechanics, electrical engineering, plastics, etc.).
- You have a first experience on a position in production - industry.
