Vous intégrez un environnement de travail international et multiculturel, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes locales Pricing, Gestion, Souscription, avec les équipes actuarielles du groupe ainsi que les autres équipes Finance EMEA (Reserving, Closing, FP&A, Outils).
Sous l’autorité du responsable Life Reserving - Paris, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes:
- Analyser des données individuelles de portefeuille pour s’assurer de la qualité des données qui serviront pour alimenter les modèles de projection et la validation des provisions
- Produire les projections de cash flows pour IFRS 17 et Solvabilité 2 (en vision Best Estimate et sensibilité) pour les portefeuilles dont vous serez en charge, analyser les métriques (BEL, PVFCF, CSM ) qui en résultent, expliquer les écarts et assurer le reporting dans des outils de consolidation.
- Documenter les travaux (modèles, hypothèses et résultats obtenus) et expliquer les résultats aux équipes de revue internes et externes.
- Consolider les chiffres, assurer le reporting, et faire l’analyse des résultats du périmètre WELA. Synthétiser les analyses et préparer les mémos afin de les présenter au management.
- Aider activement l’équipe FP&A pour les travaux de landing trimestriels (reporting et analyse),
- Être force de proposition pour une amélioration continue des outils de projection et du process de production pour le rendre plus efficace. Savoir partager les bonnes pratiques avec les différentes équipes actuarielles de la région et du groupe. Contribuer activement aux objectifs d’harmonisation, d’automatisation et de simplification définis par la région EMEA.
- Jouer un rôle de conseil auprès des gestionnaires pour les projections de type loss ratio (sous Mind). Valider et assurer la qualité des projections réalisées.
- Participer à des études actuarielles ponctuelles (exemple : impact des changements d’hypothèses biométriques ou économiques, calculer la valeur des portefeuilles dans le cadre de commutations ).

**Required experience & competencies**
**Experience professionnelle**:
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience réussie en actuariat reserving ou modélisation IFRS17 / Solvabilité 2 sur des produits d’assurance de personnes (emprunteur, dépendance ou prévoyance)
**Compétences techniques**:
- Bonne maîtrise des outils standards MS Office
- Solide compétence dans un langage de programmation actuariel de type Python
- Être à l’aise dans la manipulation des outils et être capable de changer les codes quand nécessaire
**Compétences personnelles**:
- Ouvert, curieux et rigoureux
- Vous avez des capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Vous êtes flexible et capable de travailler dans un environnement évoluant
- Vous êtes capable d’innover face à un nouveau dossier en vous inspirant de cas connus
